How do I redeem Myer discount codes?
Myer discount codes are easy to redeem when you’re shopping with the department store online: just add what you want to buy to your cart, select “Add discount code” at the checkout, enter the code and use the “Add” button to confirm it. Your order will be updated with the valid code’s details.

Delivery, returns and payment
Does Myer offer free shipping?
Myer offers free standard delivery on orders over $99 shipped anywhere in Australia. If your order is less than this, a flat rate of $9.95 applies.
There is also a flat rate of $75 for items classified as Big & Bulky, such as mattresses and bed bases. The Myer website lists delivery details on each product page, so you can check what items are considered Big & Bulky.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery to most metro areas takes 3-7 days and up to 10 days if you’re in the NT, WA or a regional area of Australia. If you want your order faster, you can pay $12.95 for express delivery, which usually arrives in 1-3 days in metro areas and 2-4 days in the NT, WA or regional Australia.
Big & Bulky deliveries are shipped separately and take 7-14 days, but may take longer if an item is custom-made.
What is Myer’s return policy?
Myer offers refunds or exchanges on most items within 30 days of purchase if you change your mind. But the items need to be in their original condition with proof of purchase. You also need to pay postage fees if you return it by post. Or, you can return items for free to a Myer store.
There are also some exclusions for change of mind returns, including Big & Bulky items, custom made or personalised items and large electrical items. But you may still be entitled to a refund, replacement or other option under Australian Consumer Law if there’s an issue.
